Reversible Leafy Silver Tree Pendant

This pierced and sawed sterling silver tree pendant with stamped leaves features a patina and a brushed satin finish. The back of the pendant is the silhouette of the tree without foliage - a winter side and a summer side. The artist uses a jeweler's saw to cut the shape of the tree. The saw is hand-held and manually powered and has a very fine serrated blade. The artist's custom made steel stamps are then used to stamp stamp detail onto the sterling silver sheet metal. She hand paints the patina onto the pendant with a small brush into the recessed areas, contrasting the brushed surface of the sterling silver.

All handcrafted sterling silver pieces are made from Eco Silver. Subtle variations may occur. The piece comes complete with an adjustable black cotton cord.
